On the morning of December 27, Ha Minghu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hebei University of Engineering, led a team to visit the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste in China. Bendito, ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste in China, received Ha Minghu and his delegation.

The two sides had in-depth exchanges and reached broad consensus on personnel training, mutual visits between teachers and students, cultural cooperation and other issues between East Timorese universities and our university. Bendito and Ha Minghu said that the two sides will spare no effort to promote substantial progress in cooperation between certain universities in East Timor and Hebei University of Engineering.
